Long before your mind says, "I'm stressed," your body already knows. It shows up as tight shoulders, shallow breathing, poor sleep, digestive issues, persistent fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, or the feeling that you can never quite relax—even when life finally slows down. Many of us think we need to push harder, stretch more, or simply "manage stress." But what if your body isn't asking you to do more? What if it's asking you to listen differently?

One of the greatest gifts of yoga and somatic practice is that they teach us to become fluent in the language of the body. Through mindful movement, breath, rest, and creative expression, we begin to recognize the subtle signals our nervous system has been sending all along—and discover simple ways to cultivate greater ease, resilience, and balance. This is the intention behind this series: not to fix you, but to help you reconnect with the wisdom your body already holds.

Returning to Center is a 4-week journey through yin yoga, deep restorative rest, somatic practices and expressive arts to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and find your way back to yourself.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 48 hours before the first session to receive a full refund.

- Missed Classes: Because your registration holds a limited spot and materials are prepared in advance, there are no refunds or partial credits for missed sessions or no-shows once the series has started.

- Emergencies: If you experience a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss options to help you catch up or apply a credit to a future class.
