"Our time together was beyond expectations we may have had. Sonia's experience was thoughtfully curated and executed. We were given food for thoughts and stillness for our souls. The sound journey she included was absolutely magical and healing, and will stay with me forever. I highly recommend Sonia's unique offering."

Sonia Ratto is a yoga educator and somatic practitioner with over 20 years of experience in yoga and movement practices.
She specializes in working with adults 40+ and individuals navigating emotional healing, recovery from illness or injury, and periods of transition. Her work supports those experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, hormonal shifts, insomnia, or simply a sense of disconnection from themselves.
Through intimate group settings and one-on-one sessions, Sonia offers a highly personalized approach that integrates yoga, somatic awareness, expressive arts, and connection to nature. Her teaching invites students to move beyond performance and into deep listening—where the body becomes a pathway for regulation, insight, and transformation.
Her work is rooted in a simple yet powerful intention: to offer practices that help people reconnect with their bodies, navigate life with greater resilience, and access their own capacity to heal and evolve.
