Sonia Ratto

MA, MBA, RYT

Sonia Ratto is a yoga educator and somatic practitioner with over 20 years of experience in yoga and movement practices.

She specializes in working with adults navigating emotional healing, recovery from illness or injury, and periods of transition. Her work supports those experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, hormonal shifts, insomnia, or simply a sense of disconnection from themselves.

Through intimate group settings and one-on-one sessions, Sonia offers a highly personalized approach that integrates yoga, somatic awareness, expressive arts, and connection to nature. Her teaching invites students to move beyond performance and into deep listening—where the body becomes a pathway for regulation, insight, and transformation.

Her work is rooted in a simple yet powerful intention: to offer practices that help people reconnect with their bodies, navigate life with greater resilience, and access their own capacity to heal and evolve.

Help Save Emmy — Korean Dog Meat Trade Survivor

I rescued my dog Emmy from South Korea. Emmy is a very gentle 6–77-year-oldBelgian Malinois who survived the Korean dog meat trade before being rescued by K9 Global Rescue. After years of trauma and neglect, Emmy is finally safe and deeply loved, but her past left her with serious medical issues.
If you are able to donate — even a small amount — I would be incredibly grateful. Every contribution will go directly toward Emmy’s medical care and recovery. Thank you so much for reading and for helping me give Emmy the peaceful and pain-free life she has fought so hard to reach
