I create spaces to slow down, listen to the body and discover new possibilities for how you see, move, create, and live.
I believe the body is a source of creative intelligence, possibility, and change. Everyone carries immense creative power within—waiting to be remembered, expressed, and lived.
Rooted in the Tamalpa Life/Art process©, my work invites you to meet yourself with curiosity and radical self-compassion, loosen the grip of old stories and habitual patterns, and make room for what wants to emerge.
