"Our time together was beyond expectations we may have had. Sonia's experience was thoughtfully curated and executed. We were given food for thoughts and stillness for our souls. The sound journey she included was absolutely magical and healing, and will stay with me forever. I highly recommend Sonia's unique offering."

She specializes in working with adults 40+ and individuals navigating emotional healing, recovery from illness or injury, and periods of transition. Her teaching invites students to move beyond performance and into deep listening—where the body becomes a pathway for regulation, insight, and transformation.
Her work is rooted in a simple yet powerful intention: to offer practices that help people reconnect with their bodies, navigate life with greater resilience, and access their own capacity to heal and evolve.
