Ashtanga Flow (Intermediate / Advanced)

This Ashtanga Flow class follows the Primary Series and Secondary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, offering a structured, breath-led practice. While modifications and options are always offered, this is an intermediate-level flow designed for students who are comfortable with repeated Sun Salutations, Vinyasas, and standing postures..

Expect a steady rhythm through standing and seated postures, with opportunities to explore inversions, arm balances, and backbends in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Emphasis is placed on breath, alignment, and mindful transitions rather than performance or perfection.

A strong practice for students looking to build consistency, strength, and focus—while honoring their individual bodies and limits.

One year of consistent yoga practice is recommeded for this class.

Slow Flow (Beginners / Intermediate)

This Slow Flow class is a beginner-friendly, therapeutic practice designed to support ease, stability, and confidence on the mat. Poses are approached slowly and intentionally, with clear guidance on breath, alignment, and mindful transitions.

The steady pace allows time to listen to your body, modify when needed, and build strength and balance without strain. This class supports nervous system regulation and helps balance energy — leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and gently strengthened.

Ideal for beginners, students returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a supportive, healing practice that emphasizes awareness over performance.

Body Prayer (somatic & conscious movement)

Body Prayer is a slow, immersive movement practice where the body becomes a listening instrument and movement becomes ritual. We move from sensation, breath, imagery, and inner impulse—allowing form to arise organically. Expect fluid transitions between stillness and motion, subtle explorations of weight, rhythm, and gesture, floor work, and moments of free movement held within a safe, guided container.

This is a practice of inhabiting the body from the inside out, cultivating presence, trust, and embodied intelligence.

Body Prayer supports:

  • Nervous system regulation and deep listening

  • Greater ease, fluidity, and range of motion

  • Emotional integration and creative expression

  • A felt sense of connection—to self, space, and something larger

No previous dance or somatic experience is required. All bodies, ages, and movement abilities are welcome. Movements can be done standing, seated, or on the floor, with invitations (not requirements) to explore.

This is not about performance or perfection. This is not yoga or dance.
It is a return—to the body as teacher, movement as prayer, and presence as practice.
