My work is rooted in the Tamalpa Life/Art Process©.
My intention is to offer practices and maps that can help you reconnect with the creative intelligence of your body, navigate life with greater resilience, and access your own capacity to heal, evolve. and create.
I work exclusively with individuals and intimate groups, ensuring you are deeply seen, safely guided, and supported with absolute care.
My work exists at the intersection of somatic and expressive arts, creativity expansion, embodied self-expression, somatic yoga and connection to the desert environment. It is a deliberate process of listening, releasing, and reorganizing—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I view the body not merely as a physical form, but as the primary pathway to clarity, emotional integration, profound self-inquiry, and creative expression.
Ocotillo Moon is the micro studio I created to share these practices—a little and humble desert sanctuary for embodied arts
I specialize in working with adults navigating emotional healing, recovery from illness or injury, and periods of transition.
My work supports those experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, hormonal shifts, insomnia, creativity and artistic blocks, a sense of disconnection from themselves, a lack of direction.
Through intimate group settings and one-on-one sessions, I offer a highly personalized approach that integrates somatic awareness, expressive arts, somatic yoga, movement ritual and connection to the desert.
My work aims to facilitate the release of stories, beliefs, identities and hidden blocks, move beyond performance and step into deep listening—where the body and nature become a pathway for regulation, insight, transformation, and authentic creative expression.
