A slow, immersive practice weaving Yin Yoga with somatic awareness and movement exploration.
In SomaYin, the body becomes a listening instrument and movement becomes ritual. Guided by breath, sensation, imagery, and inner impulse, poses arise organically—inviting fluid transitions, subtle explorations, and moments of free, embodied expression within a safe and supportive container.
This is a practice of inhabiting the body from the inside out—cultivating presence, trust, and deep embodied intelligence. SomaYin gently supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a greater sense of ease, fluidity, and connection.
Accessible to all bodies and experience levels, this is a return—to the body as teacher, movement as prayer, and presence as practice.
