This class is a slow, spacious journey inward — where stillness becomes movement, and sensation becomes language.
Rooted in somatic awareness and inspired by the movement-ritual philosophy of the Tamalpa Institute, we explore yoga not as shapes to achieve, but as experiences to feel. Each posture is entered gently and held with curiosity, allowing the body’s natural intelligence to guide micro-movements, unwinding, and rest.
Through long-held yin and deeply supported restorative postures, we listen beneath effort:
sensing weight, texture, and internal space
following impulses instead of forcing alignment
allowing breath, imagery, and emotion to move through the body
Guided prompts weave together anatomy, imagination, and personal story — honoring the body as both mover and witness.
The practice closes with quiet integration and reflection, letting meaning emerge rather than be explained.
Registration closes MAY 16, 11 PM
