
A steady, supportive practice designed to help you rebuild strength, restore flexibility, and regulate the nervous system.
We begin with Hatha yoga postures, held with awareness and supported with clear guidance. The focus is on alignment, stability, and gradually reawakening strength in the body—without strain or urgency.
From there, the practice gently transitions into restorative poses, using props to fully support the body. These longer holds allow the nervous system to settle, the breath to deepen, and tension to release.
Throughout the class, we move at a slow, intentional pace, with space to feel, adjust, and rest.
