Vinyasa (Beginners)

This Slow Flow Vinyasa class is a beginner-friendly, therapeutic practice designed to support ease, stability, and confidence on the mat. Poses are approached slowly and intentionally, with clear guidance on breath, alignment, and mindful transitions.

The steady pace allows time to listen to your body, modify when needed, and build strength and balance without strain. This class supports nervous system regulation and helps balance energy — leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and gently strengthened.
