A 4-Week Somatic Yin Journey into Deep Listening, Inner Truth, and Embodied Vision
In this immersive series, the body becomes a listening instrument, a storyteller, and a guide. Through slow yin shapes, somatic exploration, breath, and imaginal awareness, we soften the noise of the external world and attune to the subtle language within.
Each class unfolds as a ritual of remembering—moving from sensation to meaning, from fragmentation to wholeness.
Week 1: Listening Beneath the Surface
Week 2: The Emotional Body Moves
Week 3: Imaginal Body & Inner Landscape
Week 4: From Listening to Living
This is not just a yoga series. It is a recalibration of how you relate to your body, your emotions, and your inner guidance. Over four weeks, you don’t learn more poses—you learn how to listen, feel, and trust what lives inside you.
You begin to experience your body not as something to fix or control, but as something to listen to and collaborate with.
Rather than holding, suppressing, or over-identifying with emotions, you learn to experience them as movement.
As the body softens, a deeper layer opens—the imaginal body, where insight, symbolism, and creativity live.
By the final week, the pieces begin to come together—body, emotion, and imagination integrate into a coherent experience of self.
This isn’t confined to the mat.
You'll leave with simple, embodied tools you can use:
In moments of stress or anxiety
In decision-making
In creative or relational processes
You learn how to:
Pause and drop into sensation
Let emotion move without escalation
Listen for deeper guidance before reacting
