Online class in English via Zoom. On the program: Hatha, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, breath exploration, deep relaxation, and meditation to regulate the nervous system and restore emotional balance. We will use the yoga props that are available to you (blankets, cushions, bolsters, straps, blocks) to fully support the body in each posture and nurture your inner balance.
